FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns will be accepted through 12/31/2021. Because we are closing, we will not be able to accept returns after this date. We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn merchandise or any merchandise with a manufacturing defect within 90 days of the sale date. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Refunds will be made based on the original method of payment. A refund check may be issued for cash payments. Refunds will include the price of the product and any taxes charged. Initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
INSTRUCTIONS ON PROCESSING A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE
- Complete the return/exchange information on both sides of the the packing slip enclosed with your order.
- Adhere the prepaid return label included with your order to the outside of the package. Keep the tracking number for your reference.
- Drop the package off at any convenient pick-up location. The package will be promptly delivered back to us, at no cost to you.
If you do not have the packing slip, please download the Return Form or include a letter in your package with the following information: Reason for Return, Action (refund, exchange, or Trask credit), Name, Address, E-Mail Address, and Phone Number.
