RETURNS & EXCHANGES

While shopping with us, you can feel comfortable knowing that exchanges and returns are hassle-free. If your merchandise doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you expected, we will gladly exchange or refund any unworn merchandise within 90 days of receipt. We will even cover the shipping charges to return the merchandise to us and to ship your replacement selection.

Refunds will be made based on the original method of payment. A refund check may be issued for cash payments. Refunds will include the price of the product and any taxes charged. Initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

INSTRUCTIONS ON PROCESSING A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE
  1. To process a Return or Exchange, please fill out both sides of the Return Form on the packing slip enclosed with your order.
  2. Package your return in its original packaging and use the Merchandise Return Label that was included in your shipment to return the package to us. There is no cost to use the Merchandise Return Label. 
  3. Drop off package off at any convenient UPS pick-up location such as your office or the UPS Store. The package will be promptly delivered back to us, at no cost to you.
  4. Your return or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
If you do not have the packing slip, please download the Return Form or include a letter in your package with the following information: Reason for Return, Action (refund, exchange, or Trask credit), Name, Address, E-Mail Address, and Phone Number.
